Job Description: This is a full time, year-round position. The primary responsibilities include troubleshooting and repair for all products sold by IHT, with an emphasis on spa repair. Candidates must be able to work by themselves doing repairs in the field.
Skills Required: This field position requires technical and diagnostic skills and a background preferably in electrical and/or plumbing. Good customer service skills are a must in dealing with our valued customers. Basic computer skills are required and a good driving record is required. Selling skills a plus. Professional training will be provided.
The company will provide a service van, tools, and uniforms.
Compensation: Hourly rate based on experience. Health insurance, vacation, retirement and bonus plan. Additional income from commissions is based on accessory and chemical sales. Income range is $35,000 to $45,000.

Job Description: Part-time or Full-time, entry-level sales position. The primary responsibilities include:
1. Counter sales of spa chemicals, accessories and parts. This requires assessment of the customer.s needs and helping them find the appropriate product or part. Use of a point of sale computer system.
2. Maintenance and cleaning of the retail store as well as the retail displays. Stocking and maintaining the product displays. You will be responsible for assuring that the store is always clean and very presentable.
3. Assisting the store manager with various office duties. These duties will vary and could include sending out correspondence, contacting customers, and general office work.
4. Handling any overflow of customers if the primary sales persons are busy with other customers. The learning of basic product knowledge is essential for this aspect of the job.
Skills Required: Excellent communication and organizational skills. Basic computer skills including email and Internet are needed. Candidates must be self directed and motivated.

Job Description: Full Time. The job description for this position is the same as the Retail Assistant (above) but with the additional responsibility of limited individual sales of big-ticket items. If the primary sales person(s) is busy with a sales customer, the sales assistant will be responsible to do a full presentation and demonstration. You will be responsible to follow-up with that customer.
Skills Required: Good communication, organization and follow-up skills. Ability to learn selling skills and product knowledge. Basic computer skills including email and Internet are needed. Candidates must be self directed and motivated and desire to learn professional selling skills. This position has the potential to be promoted to a full-time sales position.

Job Description: We are seeking professional sales persons who have previously demonstrated successful selling skills and who desire to work hard and be well compensated for their hard work. Selling all of our product lines will be your primary focus. These product lines include Spas, Saunas, Fireplaces, Steam Equipment and Pool Tables. You will be responsible for our customers' experience from start to finish. In addition to sales presentations and demonstrations, follow-up before and after the sale is mandatory. Other responsibilities include maintaining the company's lead and customer databases and seeking referral business from your customers. Candidates must acquire and maintain their product knowledge and be up-to-date on all products. Sales persons are responsible for completing all paperwork for each customer. They will also need to make sure that the showroom is conducive to the selling process. Their involvement in this company will be very active and dynamic. Professional sales training will be provided.
Skills Required: Candidates must be professional sales persons with a desire for high earnings. Must be self-motivated and well organized. Excellent communication and selling skills are a must. Attention to detail and willingness to follow-up is mandatory. Basic computer skills are necessary. In this position, you truly control your own destiny and earning potential.
